Requirements
For your booth, please bring your own tables, chairs, tent, and extension cords. Outdoor vendors are strongly encouraged to bring a tent. Please note that electricity is not available for outdoor vendors.
We encourage vendors to plan a booth with a warm and inviting aesthetic.
Products
We are thrilled to provide a platform for all handmade artisans from the Nebraska Panhandle and beyond.
Application and Payment
Applications are open until one week (7 days) before the event. Upon receiving your application, we’ll contact you to confirm your participation. Please note that your spot is only secured after we’ve received your Vendor Booth Fee. We will email instructions on how to pay this fee in your approval email.
Refunds
There will be no refunds after vendors have been selected. This event will proceed rain or shine. Please plan accordingly to ensure you can tend your booth from start to finish.
Photography
A professional photographer may be present at the event, capturing all the fun moments and beautiful vendor booths. The photos will be featured on our social media pages and website to promote future events. You may be required to sign a photographer waiver at the start of the event.
